Restore a Purchase
Settings, About, Restore Purchase. Use the Apple Account that bought Pro. Pro is never revoked, so it always comes back.
Move Progress to a New Phone
Your phone backup carries everything. Or export a file in Settings and import it on the new device. iOS and Android share the format.
Reminders Are Not Arriving
Check Settings, Reminders in the app, then iOS Settings, Notifications, Kanaria. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can delay them.
Audio Is Not Playing
Check the silent switch and the volume. Audio never plays by itself on launch; tap the speaker once per session and new cards play on their own.
Set Up the Widget
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap the plus, search Kanaria. The small widget shows your weakest kana and the reviews due.
